Shipping policy

Items that require shipping will ship out within 7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please note, once an items is handed over to USPS or other shipping services, Katyedids no longer has control over the timeframe.

If an item arrives damaged or to the wrong address, a claim to the post office can be made.
